Mixed Salad with Turkey
Rinse turkey, pat dry and cut into wide strips. Mix soy sauce in a bowl with honey and season with pepper. Add turkey strips to the bowl and marinate for 1 hour. Rinse lettuce, drain and tear into bite-size pieces. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips.
Rinse chile pepper, halve, remove seeds and finely chop. Rinse cucumber and finely slice. Heat oil in a pan, fry turkey on all sides until browned. Arrange lettuce leaves on plates, sprinkle with peanuts and chile pepper. Peel ginger and finely grate. Mix lime juice in a bowl with oil and season with salt and pepper. Add ginger to the bowl, mix and drizzle over the lettuce. Cover salad with turkey strips. Serve garnished with cilantro.
