2 hardboiled eggs
½ Lettuce
½ Frisée
2 Tomatoes
Cucumber
1 yellow onion
6 black Olives
2 Tbsps White vinegar
6 Tbsps olive oil
2 garlic cloves
salt (and pepper)
1 tsp dried oregano

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce and frisee lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Peel eggs. Rinse tomatoes and cut into eighths. Peel onion, cut in half and then cut into thin rings onion. Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices.

Mix all prepared salad ingredients in a large bowl. For the dressing mix vinegar in a small bowl with oil, salt, oregano and pepper. Squeeze peeled garlic cloves into the small bowl with a garlic press and mix well. Drizzle salad with the dressing.  the garlic cloves, sprinkle all over the salad. Cut eggs into slices and serve garnished with olives.
