- 200 grams mixed Lettuce (such as frisée, mâche and oak leaf lettuce)
- Bell pepper (1 red and yellow)
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 slice cooked ham
- 100 grams Mountain cheese (sliced)
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps Corn oil
- ½ tsp Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 hard-boiled eggs

Preparation steps
1.
Trim the lettuce, separate the leaves, rinse, spin dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces.
2.
Rinse the peppers, remove the stems, seeds and pith and dice.
3.
Rinse the tomatoes and cut into wedges.
4.
Dice the ham.
5.
Cut cheese into wide strips.
6.
Peel the eggs and slice.
7.
Whisk the vinegar, oil and mustard together and season with salt and pepper.
8.
Toss all of the salad ingredients together in a salad bowl with the vinaigrette. Serve topped with sliced eggs.
