- 700 grams mixed Mushrooms (Porcini, oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms)
- 1 bunch scallions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps

Clean the mushrooms by brushing them with a damp paper towel, and slice them. Rinse the scallions and thinly slice them. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat a skillet with the oil and cook the mushrooms in batches until golden. Remove the mushrooms to a bowl and set aside. Add the butter to the skillet to melt. Add the scallions and garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms and thyme. and allow to warm through, about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
