- ¾ cup caster sugar
- ⅔ cup water
- 3 cups Raspberries
- 1 ½ cups Blueberries
- 2 cups plain Yogurt
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the sugar and water in a pan until the sugar has dissolved. bring to a boil, then pour into a jug to cool.

Blend the raspberries in a blender or food processor to a puree. Alternatively, mash with a potato masher.
3.
Push the puree into a sieve and push into a bowl, using the back of a spoon.
4.
Stir in the sugar syrup and chill for at least 1 hour.
5.
Whisk the yoghurt into the puree.
6.
Churn in an ice cream machine according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Alternatively, pour into a freezerproof container and freeze for 4 hours, beating with a fork 2-3 times, to break up the ice crystals.
8.
Crush the blueberries and add to the partially frozen mixture. Mix lightly.
9.
Spoon into ice lolly moulds and freeze for 1 hour until firm.
10.
Remove the moulds from the freezer and place a lolly stick in the centre of each mould. Return the moulds to the freezer for 2 hours, until completely frozen and firm.
