- 250 grams Broad bean
- 500 grams Zucchini
- 300 grams green Beans
- 200 grams Frozen pea
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 tsps rosemary
- 3 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 3 Tbsps Walnut

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and trim green beans. Rinse, trim and halve zucchini lengthwise. Scrape out seeds with a small spoon and cut zucchini into long sticks.
2.
Thaw peas.
3.
Cook green beans in well-salted, boiling water, 5 minutes. Add fava beans, zucchini and peas and cook 5 minutes more.
4.
Drain vegetables.
5.
Heat olive oil in a wide-mouthed pot. Stir in tomato paste and walnuts. Stir in vegetables and mix gently.
6.
Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and rosemary and let stand a few minutes until flavor develops.
