- 2 fresh lemons (divided)
- ⅓ cup black Tea leaf (not powdered tea)
- 1 handful fresh mint (plus extra for garnish)
- 6 cups boiling water
- ½ ripe Cantaloupe (seeded and flesh scooped with a melon baller)
- ¾ cup light Agave syrup
- 1 ½ cups Ice

Preparation steps
1.
Halve one lemon and squeeze the juice into a small bowl, reserving the rinds. Set the juice aside.
2.
In a large heatproof bowl, combine the tea leaves, mint, and squeezed lemon rinds. Pour the boiling water over the tea mixture and let steep for 6 to 8 minutes.

Strain the tea mixture into a pitcher or a bowl, squeezing the mint and lemon rinds with the back of a wooden spoon before discarding them.
4.
Slice the remaining lemon. Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lemon juice, lemon slices, melon balls and agave nectar to the tea mixture, stirring to incorporate.
5.
Add ice cubes to the tea mixture. Serve the tea chilled, garnishing each serving with mint, melon balls and sliced lemon.
