Mini Molten Chocolate Cakes

Preheat the oven to 210°C. Grease the muffin tray or muffin forms and sprinkle a layer of breadcrumbs over the top or line with paper muffin cases.
Melt the butter and the chocolate over a hot water bath. In the meantime whisk the salt, sugar and eggs until light and creamy. Add the flour and melted chocolate and gently fold in.
Divide the batter equally between the muffin cases and push a piece of chocolate into the center of each muffin. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked. Carefully remove from the oven and serve immediately while warm.
