Preparation steps

In a bowl, combine flour, 1 pinch of salt, 1 egg and 70 grams (approximately 2 1/2 ounces) butter and knead into a smooth dough. Chill in the refrigerator. Peel and chop onion. Heat butter in a small saucepan and braise onions for about 10 minutes until translucent, but not brown, then season with salt and pepper.

Grease 4 small pie tins. Roll out dough thinly, line pie tins with dough.

Whisk together milk, sour cream and remaining egg, add salt and pepper, stir in cheese and onion, spread on the dough and cover with olives. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.
