400 grams honeydew melon
400 grams Cantaloupe
400 grams Watermelon
100 milliliters Mint liqueur
2 Limes
2 Tbsps Sugar syrup
3 bottles Prosecco about 700 ml (approximately 2 1/2 cups
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Halve the melons, remove the seeds and using a melon baller, cut out small balls. Place in a large bowl and add the mint liqueur. Stir well to combine and let stand for about 1 hour.

2.

Squeeze the limes, mix the juice with the sugar syrup and add to the melon balls. Just before serving, spoon the melon balls into a large pitcher and top with well-chilled Prosecco. Garnish with fresh mint.
