- 100 grams Strawberries
- ¾ l Prosecco
- 5 mint
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the green stems off strawberries. Then rinse the strawberries and mint and pat dry.
2.
Coarsely puree 2 mint sprigs and strawberries and put 1 teaspoon of strawberry mint mixture into each champagne glass.
3.
Fill with Prosecco and garnish with the remaining mint.
