Nutritional values

The Mediterranean farfalle salad scores with fibre from the wholemeal pasta, which ensures good digestion and keeps the intestines healthy. The protein supply is not neglected either, as feta ensures the build-up and maintenance of muscle mass with 17 g per 100 g of the nutrient. The cheese also contains bone-strengthening calcium and phosphorus.

This Mediterranean farfalle salad is a welcome addition to any barbecue party! As it is easy to prepare and tastes even better with a longer infusion time, it is also perfect as a meal-prep dish to take to the office.
