100 grams fresh button Mushroom (finely chopped)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)
1 Pickled cucumber (finely chopped)
1 egg
50 milliliters Whipped cream
125 grams Mountain cheese (such as gruyere, finely chopped)
2 White rolls (soaked in water)
peppers (freshly ground)
1 garlic clove
200 grams Bacon (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 190°C (approximately 375°F). Cook the bacon until cripsy in a frying pan, then drain on paper towels. Sauté the mushrooms and onions in the bacon fat, then cool slightly. Add the ground beef to a bowl, then combine with the egg, cream, bacon, cheese, parsley, pickle, and squeezed bread. Knead the mixture until combine, then add a crushed clove of garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Place the mixture in a loaf pan, and bake for 70 minutes. Remove the meatloaf to a cutting board, then cut into slices. Serve with a root vegetable salad, or a green salad. Serve with white bread if you'd like.
