- 2 White rolls (day-old)
- 750 grams Ground meat (pork)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 60 grams green Olives (pitted)
- 60 grams Walnut
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- green olives (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Soak rolls in room temperature water. Squeeze to remove excess liquid. Knead rolls with ground meat. Peel and chop garlic. Coarsely chop olives and walnuts.

Mix olives, garlic, walnuts and egg with meat. Season with mustard, paprika and a generous amount of salt and pepper. Form mixture into small meatballs. In a frying pan, fry meatballs in a little vegetable oil on all sides until lightly browned, 8-10 minutes. Serve in bowls and garnish with green olives.
