- 300 grams frozen Puff pastry dough
- 300 grams mixed Ground meat
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 50 grams Smoked bacon
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 3 eggs
- ¼ l milk
- 200 grams grated Emmentaler cheese
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Thaw puff pastry.
Peel and mince onion. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion. Dice bacon and add to minced meat. Add to pan and cook completely.

Blanch tomatoes, shock with cold water, peel, quarter, remove stem and finely dice. Add tomatoes and tomato paste to meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper and let cool.

Roll out puff pastry and press into a 24 cm (approximately 10-inch) springform pan. Add meat mixture. Combine flour and eggs.
4.
Stir milk and cheese into flour mixture. Season with salt and pepper and pour over meat mixture. Bake in an oven preheated to 225°C (approximately 425°F) for 35 minutes, until golden brown. Remove, slice and serve.
