- 250 grams dark Couverture (50% cocoa)
- 200 grams Milk chocolate couveture (30% cocoa)
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 centiliters Orange blossom water
- 100 grams softened butter
- 5 Tbsps Matcha

Preparation steps

Chop the two chocolates and place in a bowl. Bring the cream to a boil. Pour the cream over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has completely melted. Gradually stir in the orange blossom water. Let the mixture cool for at least 5 hours.

Cut the butter into small pieces and gradually stir into the chocolate cream. Pour the cream into a piping bag with a large nozzle. Squeeze about 40 equal heaps on a lined baking sheet. Chill for at least 1 hour. Quickly form each heap into a ball. Roll the balls in the matcha. Chill and serve.
