- 100 grams black Adzuki bean
- 170 grams soft butter
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 20 Tbsps Matcha
- 220 grams Pastry flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 3 Tbsps milk

Preparation steps
1.
Soak the beans overnight in plenty of cold water. Pour off the water and cover again with water for 1 1/2 hours until tender. Drain and then cool.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
3.
Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time. Mix the matcha with the flour and baking powder. Alternately add the mix with the flour and matcha. Fold in the beans and transfer the batter to the loaf pan. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. Check to see if the cake is done with a toothpick. Cut into slices and serve as desired.
