Preparation steps
1.
Peel, rinse and cook potatoes in salted boiling water, about 30 minutes.
2.
Meanwhile, rinse lemon with hot water, pat dry, finely grate zest, and squeeze juice.
3.
Rinse dill, shake dry and finely chop fronds.
4.
Drain potatoes, let steam evaporate a few minutes, and mash with a potato masher. Stir in butter and milk and mash until smooth. Stir in lemon zest and dill and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
