4 marrow bone
4 slices Toast
2 eggs
30 grams parsley
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Loosen marrow from bones. Rinse parsley, shake dry and mince leaves.

Cut crusts from bread and dice. Combine marrow, bread, eggs and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, then knead into a dough.

Divide dough in half and palce on a floured surface. Roll into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) thick rolls. Cut rolls into pieces and shape into small dumplings.

Cook dumplings in simmering salt water for about 15 minutes. Remove, drain and serve as desired.
