- 11 ozs Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
- 3 Tbsps light corn syrup
- ⅔ cup butter
- 6 ozs Ginger biscuit (cookies)
- 1 ½ cups mini Marshmallow (pink and white)
- 1 cup chopped Nut (e. g. almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- ⅔ cup Candied cherry (roughly chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Line a 23 cm|9" square tin with cling film.
2.
Melt the chocolate in a pan with the syrup and butter over a low heat stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and pour about 125ml|1/2 cup of the mixture into a bowl.
3.
Stir the biscuit pieces, marshmallows, nuts and cherries into the chocolate in the pan and spoon into the tin. Smooth the top and pour over the reserved chocolate.
4.
Chill for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into small squares.
