- 2 ⅓ cups Dark chocolate (chopped)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 ⅔ cups sweetened condensed milk
- 12 cups colored, mini Marshmallow
- 1 ½ cups Digestive biscuit (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar

Product recommendation
Stir in a large handful of chopped cocktail cherries at the same time as the marshmallows for a fruity addition.
Preparation steps
1.
Grease and line the base and sides of a 23 cm | 9" square baking tin with greaseproof paper.
2.
Combine the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set atop a half-filled saucepan of simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted.
3.
Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the condensed milk until incorporated. Add the marshmallows and chopped biscuits, stirring well.
4.
Pour and scrape into the prepared tin. Leave to cool briefly and then cover and chill until set.
5.
Turn out and dust with icing sugar before cutting into squares.
