Lobster with Lemon Slices

- Salt water (or tap water salted with sea salt)
- 6 Maine lobsters (675 g | 1.5 pounds each)
- 1 cup butter (melted)
- fresh lemons (halved for garnish)

Fill a pot large enough to hold all your lobsters comfortably with water; add sea salt if not using sea water. Bring water to a rolling boil on high heat.
Add live lobsters one at a time to boiling water. Do not cover. Start timing immediately.
Cook lobsters for 11 to 12 minutes. Stir lobsters halfway through the cooking process. The lobster shells will be bright red and the the tails will be curled when they are done.
Remove lobsters from pot and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt butter and divide between individual ramekins. Remove elastic bands from claws prior to serving. Serve lobsters hot with melted butter and lemons.
