- 4 Rose fish (ready to cook, each about 250 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 sprigs Basil
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 centimeters ginger
- 100 grams Lemon marmalade
- 2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse fish and pat dry. Season inside with salt and pepper. Rinse herbs, shake dry and stuff fish with them, tie fish with kitchen twine.

Peel and finely chop garlic and ginger. Mix with lemon jam. Season fish with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Place on a grill pan and spread with jam. Grill on a hot grill, covered, for about 15 minutes.
3.
Remove fish from the grill, take out kitchen twine and arrange on plates. Serve.
