- 500 grams lleftover Christmas duck or Goose
- ½ fresh Pineapple
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch salt
- peppers
- Ground red pepper
- Curry powder
- grated Apple
- 100 grams Walnut
Preparation steps

Remove meat from bones, if necessary. Remove any skin and dice meat finely or tear into small pieces. Cut off rind from pineapple, remove core, and cut into cubes. Combine meat and pineapple. Stir together mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, crushed red pepper and grated apple. Season with curry to taste and mix dressing with meat and pineapple. Garnish with walnuts.

Let marinate at least 30 minutes before serving.
