shelled Walnut (roughly chopped)

Leek (cleaned well and shaken dry)

Gouda (diced)
1 cup
small curd Cottage cheese
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoon
liquid honey

wraps (8-10 inches)
Preparation

2 Skillets, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Ladle, 1 Large knife

Preparation steps

Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Set aside.
2.
Dry roast the chopped walnuts in a hot skillet, until golden brown. Set aside and let cool.
3.
Halve the pears, remove the core and dice. Sprinkle pears with lemon juice.
4.
Trim the leek and cut into rings. Place nuts, pears, leek, Gouda, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and honey in a blender and coarsely blend.
5.
Dry roast the wraps on both sides in a hot skillet, until warmed through but not browned.
6.
Divide the lettuce and pear mixture between the 4 wraps. Roll up the wraps and cut each one in half. Secure each wrap in a napkin and serve.
