- 4 Lamb cutlets
- 1 garlic clove (pressed)
- 1 Leek
- 100 grams Radish
- 4 thyme
- 1 rosemary
- 1 Tarragon
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 100 milliliters white wine
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lamb, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides in 2 tablespoons hot oil with the herb sprigs and garlic, 4-5 minutes.

Rinse leek, trim and cut diagonally into slices.
3.
Rinse radishes, trim and halve or quarter depending on size.
4.
Sauté leek and radishes in butter, deglaze with white wine and simmer until the liquid is almost evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
5.
Distribute vegetables on warmed plates and serve with the lamb.
