500 grams lamb (from the leg)

2 Tbsps clarified butter
500 grams green Beans
500 grams potatoes
250 milliliters Vegetable broth
dried oregano

Preparation steps

1.

Cut lamb into small cubes and season with salt and pepper. Melt clarified butter in a saucepan and fry lamb on all sides until browned. 

2.

Rinse beans, trim and cut into pieces. Peel potatoes and dice. Add beans and potatoes to the saucepan. Add vegetable broth and oregano, mix, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. If necessary, add some broth to reach desired consistency. Serve stew in bowls. If desired, serve with a fresh baguette.
