500 grams lamb (from the leg, boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsps dry sherry
1 garlic clove
1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
1 tsp honey
2 medium Zucchini (thickly sliced)
1 red and 1 green Bell pepper (trimmed, halved, seeded and cut into strips)
Wooden skewer (soaked in water)

Preparation steps

Combine the sesame oil, sherry, crushed garlic, ginger and honey. Mix well and cover the lamb with it. Marinate for about 1 hour.

2.

Alternately, thread the pieces of meat, zucchini and bell pepper onto the skewers and brush with the residual marinade.

Cook on a grill (not too hot) for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

3.

Suggestion: Serve seasoned with herbs and with a portion of rice.
