- 8 Meat chops (lamb)
- 8 stalks thyme
- 6 stalks mint
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
- salt
- 250 grams Tagliatelle
- 100 grams Snow peas
- 40 grams finely grated Parmesan
- mint (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry lamb chops. Rinse and shape dry herbs, pluck of leaves and chop finely. Peel and chop garlic. Mix herbs and garlic with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, season with pepper and coat meat with the mixture. Let marinate for 30 minutes. Heat pan and cook chops for about 3-4 minutes per side. Season with salt and remove from the pan, wrap in foil and let rest briefly. Arrange on plates and serve.
