- 500 grams lamb
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 pc Celery root (200 grams)
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 600 grams potatoes
- 1 tsp butter (5 grams)
- dried marjoram
- Sea salt
- peppers
- 750 milliliters Beef broth

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lamb under cold water, pat dry and dice. Peel onion and chop finely.
2.
Peel carrots and cut into slices. Peel and dice celery. Rinse leek and cut into rings. Peel and slice potatoes.
3.
Grease baking dish with butter and place half the potatoes into it. Season with marjoram, salt and pepper, top with vegetables and lamb and cover with remaining potato slices.
4.
Season again with salt and pepper, pour in broth, cover baking dish with lid and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 1 hour. Remove lid and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
