500 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
5 sheets gelatin
50 grams powdered sugar
200 grams Whipped cream
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

Soak gelatine in a bowl of cold water until softened, about 10 minutes. Mix yogurt with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Place gelatin in a pan and cook over low heat until melted. Stir gelatin with 3 tablespoons yogurt and then whisk with remaining yogurt. Refrigerate until mixture begins to gel, about 20 minutes.

Whip cream until stiff and fold into gelatin mixture. Peel kiwis and cut into cubes. Place some of kiwi cubes in glasses, top with yogurt mousse and garnish with remaining kiwis. Refrigerate mousse at least 2 hours before serving.
