Preparation steps

1.

Peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Rinse the cucumber and cut into slices. Rinse and trim the celery and cut into pieces. Rinse the lettuce, remove leaves, shake them dry and tear into pieces. Set aside some salad leaves and cucumber slices for garnish.

2.

Place the kiwis, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery and lettuce in a blender and puree. Add water as needed for desired consistency.

3.

Pour the smoothie into glasses. Garnish with lettuce leaves and cucumber slices and serve.
