Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Skillet, 1 Plate, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Mortar, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Meat mallet, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation steps
1.
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs, add the milk and mix to a smooth cake batter. Divide the batter into 3 equal portions. Stir the vanilla pudding or custard powder into one portion, the cocoa into another and the jello powder into the last one.
2.
Grease a loaf pan (22 cm/8 inch long) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or flour. Now put first the vanilla batter into the pan, then the chocolate batter and finally the pink batter. Carefully draw a spoon through the batter.
3.
Bake in a preheated oven (175°C/350°F, with fan 150°C/300°F) for about 60 minutes. After about 15 minutes of baking time draw a knife lengthways through the cake and then continue baking. When done take out and cool on a cake rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and spread the top with a little raspberry conserve.
