300 grams Rice
4 eggs
600 grams Fish (smoked, z. B. halibut, redfish)
1 Tbsp butter
2 tsps Turmeric
125 milliliters sweet Whipped cream
2 Tbsps scallions
2 scallions (cut into thick rings)

Preparation steps

Cook the rice according to package directions and drain. Hard boil the eggs. Meanwhile, cut the fish into bite-size pieces. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and saute th efish until browned on all sides.  Peel and chop the eggs, cut into wedges and set aside 1-2 wedges for decoration.

Add the cream to the fish and gently heat. Add the rice to the pan and season with salt, pepper and turmeric. Fold in the scallions, eggs and chives and cook until heated through. Serve garnished with the reserved egg wedges.
