1 Tbsp Pastry flour

400 grams smoked Salmon (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the Jerusalem artichokes, rinse and coarsely grate, then mix with the eggs and flour. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Heat the oil in a large pan. Place tablespoons of the batter in the oil, flatten and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3.

Top the pancakes with salmon and serve.
