- 4 tsps peppercorns
- 5 fresh marjoram (leaves removed)
- 2 cups white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 4 bay leaves

1 Knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 flache gefrierfeste Bowl (1 l Inhalt), 1 deep bowl, 1 Sieve, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Paper towel, 1 Zester, 1 Skillet, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Rolling pin, 1 kleiner ice cream scoop, 1 Whisk, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Bowl, 1 Plastic wrap
Preparation steps
1.
Layer the cabbage and the tomatoes in screw-top jars. Add the peppercorns and the marjoram in between and place the jars on a damp dish cloth.

Boil the vinegar, salt, sugar and the bay leaves in 500 ml water. Pour the hot liquid into the jars, close the lids and turn upside down to cool. Leave to steep for one week before consumption.
