Preserved Fruit and Vegetable Jar
1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Paper towel, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Skillet, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Aluminum foil, 1 Immersion blender
Boil the vinegar, salt, sugar and caraway seeds in 700 ml water.
Layer the cabbage, plums and leek in screw-top jars. Pour the hot liquid into the jars and close the lids. Turn upside down to cool.
