1 red onion
1 handful mixed Fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, basil)
480 grams canned cannellini beans
280 grams Tuna (in oil)
100 grams sun-dried sun-dried tomatoes
½ lemon (juice)
4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers
sugar

Preparation steps

Peel the red onion and chop finely. Rinse the herbs, pat dry and chop finely. Drain the beans and the tuna, reserving about 3-4 tablespoons of the tuna oil.

Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips. Whisk the lemon juice with the vinegar and tuna oil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Combine the beans, tuna, onion, herbs and sun-dried tomatoes, drizzle with the dressing and mix well. 

3.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
