Preparation steps
1.
Cut fish fillets into pieces of about 4 cm (1 1/2 inch). Rinse shrimp and mussels and pat dry. Discard any opened mussel shells.
2.
Peel two cloves of garlic. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and remove leaves. Chop garlic, parsley and peperoncino finely and mix. Chop canned tomatoes with a knife.
3.
In a large saucepan, add olive oil and garlic mixture, tomatoes, wine and fish stock. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
4.
Add mussels to the pot, bring to a boil again, cover and cook about 5 minutes. Add fish and shrimp, cover and cook for about 6-8 minutes on low heat.
5.
Toast bread. Peel garlic and rub slices of toast with garlic. Cut bread in half and place 2 pieces in each soup bowl. To serve, season soup with salt and pepper and pour over the bread slices.
