- freshly ground Black pepper
- 2 Tomatoes (sliced)
- 7 ozs Mozzarella (sliced)
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¾ oz black Olives (pitted and sliced)
- olive oil
- To garnish
- Basil

1 Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Can opener, 1 Dutch oven mit Deckel
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 220°C (200° fan) 425°F gas 7. Grease a baking dish.
2.
Season the meat with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a frying pan and fry the meat on both sides until browned.
4.
Layer alternate meat slices and the tomato and mozzarella slices in the baking dish. Sprinkle with oregano and the olives and drizzle a little olive oil on top.
5.
Season with salt and ground black pepper and cook for about 25 minutes, until the pork is tender. Serve garnished with basil.
