150 grams butter
175 grams sugar
4 eggs
500 grams Quark
250 grams cream cheese
1 generous pinch grated Lemon peel (organic)
1 pinch salt
½ packet vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp Baking powder

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease dessert glasses with butter.

Rinse, trim and cut strawberries in half. Divide between glasses.

3.

Beat butter with sugar until fluffy, add eggs one by one and mix in drained quark. Add cream cheese, lemon zest, salt, pudding powder and baking powder. Spread over strawberries, filling glasses halfway, and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cool before serving.
