For the dough
2 ⅔ cups Bread flour
1 sachet Dried yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
For the topping
2 cups Cheese (grated)
2 ⅔ cups cherry Tomatoes (halved)
2 Zucchini (thinly sliced)
1 Tbsp dried oregano
2 Tbsps olive oil
6 slices Parma ham (halved)
1 bunch Arugula

1 Hand mixer mit Knethaken, 1 Rolling pin, 1 Fine grater, 1 Small pot, 1 Mixing bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Brush

Preparation steps

1.
Put the flour into a bowl with the yeast, salt and sugar and add enough water to make a stiff dough.

Turn the dough onto a floured board and knead well for about 10 minutes. Put the dough in a clean bowl, cover with a clean tea towel and put in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.

Knead the dough again on a floured board for 5 minutes then let it rise again for 30 minutes.

Heat the oven to 220C (200C fan) 425F, gas 7. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment.

Divide the dough into 12 pieces, roll each out with a floured rolling pin to make circles about 10 cm/4 " diameter and place them on the baking sheet.
6.
Sprinkle each pizza base with grated cheese and cover with the tomatoes and courgettes. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with the oregano.
7.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes then top each pizza with a piece of ham and a few rocket leaves. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
