- 3 cups cold, leftover Meat (beef or lamb, cut into thin strips)
- 3 onions (finely sliced)
- 3 Tomatoes (peeled, seeds removed, finely chopped)
- 3 green chili peppers (seeds and interior white skin removed, cut into thin strips)
- 3 Tbsps Oil
- ¼ tsp Mustard seed
- ¼ tsp Cumin
- ¼ tsp cilantro
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the mustard seeds and the cumin seeds for about 30 seconds until they begin to crackle. Add the onion and the chilli and fry gently, stirring continuously.
2.
Stir in the meat, ground spices, Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and fry together on a medium heat for a further 3-5 minutes.
3.
Serve with rice.
