- 2 cups Lentil sprout
- 1 carrot
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 6 Tbsps Hummus
- 2 Tbsps Sour cream
- salt
- peppers
- salad (to serve)

Preparation steps

Carefully tear the pita breads in half and open each half to make a pocket. Rinse the lentil sprouts in cold water, drain well and shake dry. Peel and grate the carrots. Mix the carrots with the vinegar and lentils sprouts. Mix the hummus smoothly with the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Spread the hummus mixture on one side only inside each pita pocket, then fill with the carrots and lentil sprouts. Season with a little more pepper if you wish. Serve on plates with salad.
