60 grams brown sugar
50 grams Pastry flour
3 eggs
100 grams white Chocolate

Place cookies into a freezer bag and crumble with a rolling pin. Melt butter and combine with crumbs. Spread in a baking pan and press firmly with a spoon.

Whisk cottage cheese with quark. Set aside about 2 tablespoons of sugar, add the rest to quark mixture. Add flour and eggs to the mixture and mix well.

Grate chocolate coarsely and fold into cream. Spread about half of cream on pastry.

Sprinkle half of raspberries on cream and sprinkle with remaining cream.

Combine remaining raspberries with remaining sugar in a saucepan and heat slightly, mash with a fork. Remove from heat and let cool briefly. Place dollops of raspberry puree on top of cake and make decoraive patterns with a toothpick. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool. Serve.
