Honey Raisin Muffins
Melt the butter. Remove from the heat, cool slightly and mix with the honey, sugar, egg and yogurt. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Fold the yogurt mixture and the raisins into the flour mixture.
Line a muffin tin with paper cups and pour in the batter. Bake for about 25-30 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
