Preparation steps

1.

Peel, rinse and remove the green from the carrots. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the carrots. Pour in the broth and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Just before the end of cooking, pour in the honey. Toss well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with parsley leaves.
