1 stalk cinnamon
2 Cardamom
4 cloves

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the apple rings into small pieces and put them together with the hibiscus flowers and the cinnamon in a teapot. Crush the cardamom and add with the cloves and star anise to the teapot.

Boil 1 liter (approximately 5 cups) of water and pour into the teapot. Brew for 7-10 minutes. Strain and serve.
