450 grams cream cheese
1 tablespoon Mustard
75 grams freshly grated White bread crumbs
salt
freshly peppers
40 grams chopped Pistachio
chopped parsley (about 2 tablespoons chopped)
scallions (about 2 tablespoons)
40 grams chopped Walnut

Preparation steps

1.

Mix cream cheese in a bowl with mustard and bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper. Shape cream cheese into 30 small balls with hands.

2.

Roll 1/4 of cream cheese balls in chopped pistachios, roll 1/4 in chopped parsley, roll 1/4 of chives and roll remaining 1/4 in chopped walnuts.

3.

If desired, place each ball in paper cases. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
