Herbed Cheese Balls
Mix cream cheese in a bowl with mustard and bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper. Shape cream cheese into 30 small balls with hands.
Roll 1/4 of cream cheese balls in chopped pistachios, roll 1/4 in chopped parsley, roll 1/4 of chives and roll remaining 1/4 in chopped walnuts.
If desired, place each ball in paper cases. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
