- 14 ozs Cuttlefish (cut into strips)
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 7 ozs Snap pea
- 14 ozs green peppers (cut into thin strips)
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 tsps freshly grated ginger
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce
- 6 Tbsps Oyster sauce
- 4 Tbsps Rice wine
- ½ cup chicken stock
- 1 ½ Tbsps Corn starch
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch the cuttlefish strips in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
2.
Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan. Cook the garlic, ginger, mangetout and peppers for 1-2 minutes until softened.
3.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine and chicken stock, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.
4.
Mix the cornflour to a smooth paste with a little cold water, stir in and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
5.
Add the cuttlefish strips, mix well and bring back to a boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
